- A mystery virus has killed between seven and ten thousand seals from a population of sixteen thousand. Marine expert Dr Paul Johnson from Queen Mary’s College, London describes the effect of the virus on the seals and says that it could have been triggered by something as simple as raw sewage and that it could be an environmental disaster of awesome proportions. Interviewer is George Matheson.
