Prior to a meeting with the British Fraud Squad, the leader of a delegation of Soviet miners from the Democratic Labour Movement, Sergei Kozlov(?), speaks through an interpreter about his dissatisfaction about the £1million allegedly misallocated by president of the NUM, Arthur Scargill.
