George Matheson interviews Home Secretary Kenneth Baker on the recent riots in Newcastle, a result of police chasing 2 joyriders who crashed and died, and similar scenes in Bristol. Baker hopes there will not be copycat disturbances, but claims there is sufficient police presence to put an end to any riots. Also on regeneration money for deprived urban areas.
