President George Bush has asked for a delay in lending the money while Israel tries to broker a peace deal with the Arab states. US Senator Frank Lautenberg comments on the decision. Spokesman for a US coalition of Jewish groups, Malcolm Hoolan says it would not be a problem for the US to guarantee the loan instantly. Paul Woodley reports.
