- Archbishop Desmond Tutu has defiantly called for a boycott of next month’s elections in South Africa (heard at press conference). South Africa is currently in a state of emergency prohibiting anyone from speaking out and so his actions are considered an act of civil disobedience. Nigel Wrench reports.
