Press conference in Budapest, Hungary, with UK Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, on the IRA revenge shooting of the former Governor of Gibraltar, Air Chief Marshall Sir Peter Terry. Sir Peter Terry was the Governor when three IRA terrorists were killed in Gibraltar by the SAS in 1988. Reporter (not heard) is Peter Murphy.
