Description

Kevin Murphy interviews Gibraltar resident Joe Banavia(?) about the start of the inquest into the deaths of three suspected IRA terrorists on 06/03/88. A surveillance operation led the security forces to believe the terrorist gang planned to explode a bomb during a military parade. Members of the SAS team involved in the shooting are expected to give evidence during the hearing but residents fear reprisals by the IRA. Broadcast on LBC AM breakfast.
