Claire Dalton reports from Hull on the failing docks strike as workers chose to go back to work despite the protestations of Liverpool flying pickets (heard shouting). The original reason for the dispute - the scrapping of the National Docks Labour Scheme - has been pushed into the background as the TGWU fights the employers over men sacked during the dispute.
