Interview with former UK Defence Secretary, George Younger, on the recycling of cruise missiles which are being returned to the United States following the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty (INF). It’s planned to arm smaller lance warheads with plutonium from the weapons which are being scrapped in exchange for the Soviet Union dismantling SS-20s. Male reporter not identified.
