Description
Stephen Ross, Liberal MP for Isle of Wight, describes the public reaction to as well as the ecological and financial effects of towing the giant scuppered tanker Pacific Glory into Sandown Bay. The Glory was incapacitated after a collision with the Allegro, in which five crew members died.
