Simon Hobbs reports on a youth crime prevention initiative in Brixton, South London, named Brixton Against Robbery (BAR). The project was set up in the aftermath of the Brixton riots in 1981 and has won the support of police and financial backing from the Prince’s Trust. Includes interviews with Cyn(?)
