- Thames Television has lost its broadcasting license in an ITC bidding process and chief shop steward Marc Wadsworth says it is the result of a vindictive government legislation because of Death on a Rock (documentary on the shootings of IRA suspects by the SAS in Gibraltar). He also tells Havovi Todd many jobs will be lost and the company will try and become the biggest independent production house. Background noise.
