Interview with eyewitness Joe Miling(?), following a raid on a house at Prospect Park in Exeter. Armed police raided the house in connection with the kidnapping of Surrey businessman Victor Cracknell. He’d been held in handcuffs for five days be a gang demanding a million pound ransom but he managed to free himself. Three people have been taken for questioning. Male interviewer not identified.
