Peter Spencer interviews Transport Secretary Cecil Parkinson, following his visit to the site of the salvaged Marchioness pleasure boat following a collision with the dredger, Bowbelle, on the River Thames in London (20/08/89). He speaks about proposed new regulations to improve safety on the river and says all efforts are being made to find the cause of the disaster.
