Steve Blower interviews travel agent Tricia Lunn of Williams Travel in Southend after the sinking of the Marchioness pleasure boat following a collision with the dredger Bowbelle on the River Thames in London (20/08/89). She says it will take days to get over the shock of booking a party of middle-aged people aboard The Marchioness on the trip before it sank and she was devastated when she heard about the tragedy.
