Interview with UK Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, about the sinking of the Marchioness pleasure boat following a collision with the dredger, Bowbelle, on the River Thames in London (20/08/89). She says its a tragedy but applauds the work of the emergency services. Broadcast on either 20th or 21st. Interviewer not heard.
