Description

Don Able, dredger master, on the sinking of the Marchioness pleasure boat following a collision with the dredger Bowbelle on the River Thames in London (20/08/89). He says he has warned for years that there would be a tragic loss of life in an accident on the Thames. 51 of the 130 passengers died. Interviewer not heard.
