Interview with female speaker (poss. Joan Buckley, wife of Bowbelle engineer, Robert Buckley), after the sinking of the Marchioness pleasure boat following a collision with the dredger, Bowbelle, on the River Thames in London (20/08/89). She says alcohol tests (on the crew?) were all clear. Broadcast on either 20th or 21st. Interviewer not heard.
