The complex process has started of choosing an impartial jury for the rape trial of Senator Edward Kennedy’s nephew William Kennedy Smith. The judge in Palm Beach, Florida has set aside 4 weeks for the process and there are concerns that is not long enough. William Kennedy Smith says a jury will be found, and protests his innocence speaking on the way into and out of court. Defence lawyer Jeffrey(?) Weiner(?) on the importance of jury selection.
