- Law Lords have ruled that Peter Wright’s book, Spycatcher can be serialised in British newspapers. The ruling has implications for Margaret Thatcher’s government which is reforming the Official Secrets Act. Speaking after the ruling, Guardian editor Peter Preston, Observer editor Donald Trelford, and Sunday Times editor Andrew Neil give their reactions on the decision. Paul Rowley reports.
