James Bays interviews the British Vice-Consul in the Canary Islands, Campbell Livingstone, following the death of publishing tycoon, Robert Maxwell, after falling from his boat off the coast of Tenerife. He talks about the pathologist’s report and says the preliminary conclusion is that he died of natural causes, probably a heart attack.
