Margaret Shiels reports from Lambeth Magistrates Court on the inquests into deaths of Michael Flynn and Nicholas Payne killed by police at an attempted robbery at Plumstead Abbattoir last July. Martin Payne, brother of Nicholas, reacts to the verdict of lawful killing. A Metropolitan Police report into the incident has yet to be made public.
