Nici Marx interviews Trade and Industry Secretary Lord Young (David Young), about the collapse of the Barlow Clowes investment group. He says the Government won’t give any cash to help the investors who lost millions of pounds and are under no legal obligation to do so. Barlow Clowes investors claim they continued to put money in the company even though Department of Trade officials were aware the company was in financial trouble but after an investigation the Department has been exonerated.
