Description
Des Fahy interviews Northern Ireland Secretary Tom King on Government legislation which will end the right to silence of terror suspects in Northern Ireland as part of its new crackdown on the IRA. A similar change in the law will follow on mainland Britain. The move means if suspects refuse to give evidence as they are often trained to do then the courts can take it into account. TX date possibly 20/10/88.
