Press interview following a court appearance by the daughter of former UK Prime Minister, Margaret Thatcher, over the late payment of her poll tax (community charge). Carol Thatcher received a court summons for not paying a £247 bill to Hammersmith and Fulham Council and while she paid the money before the court appearance she still owes over £32 in legal costs which she now says has been paid.
