Description
Jim Gibbons interviews Conservative MEP, Edward McMillan-Scott, on a vote in the European Parliament where Spanish Euro MPs have used a technicality to block an attempt to stop fraud in the sale of holiday homes. Macmillan-Scott’s proposal seemed certain to be agreed today at the European parliament in Strasbourg until a procedural tactic delayed a decision until Thursday.
