Paul Woodley reports on the rape trial of Senator Edward Kennedy’s nephew William Kennedy Smith in Palm Beach, Florida and decision not to allow evidence of other women who claim sexual assault by him. He’s accused of raping a woman on 30/03/91 at the Kennedy family estate. Speakers include: Ellen Roberts, prosecution lawyer; Moira Lasch, prosecutor; Roy Black, defence lawyer.
