Description

Paul Woodley reports from New York on an incident where a Boeing 737 skidded off a runway at take off at New York’s LaGuardia airport and plunged into a river (21/09/89). Rescue teams were quickly on the scene and most of the 61 passengers and crew escaped unharmed with only two people reported dead and nine seriously injured.
