Simon Israel reports from Nairobi on the inquest into the death of British photographer, Julie Ward, killed in Kenya in 1988 whilst on safari in the Masai Mara game reserve. Her father, John Ward, has been telling the inquest how the country’s top policeman, Commissioner Philip Kilonzo, flatly rejected appeals to launch a murder investigation.
