Phil Edwards reports from Saudi Arabia, where Air Chief Marshall Sir Patrick Hine, the supreme commander of Britain’s Gulf forces, has been visiting troops following the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait. He says economic sanctions against Iraq are beginning to cause serious supply shortages among President Saddam Hussein’s armed forces.
