- Description
- Paul Woodley reports from New York for LBC Newstalk Breakfast on the assassination of extreme right-wing Rabbi Meir Kahane who had just finished speaking to a Jewish Defense League meeting at a hotel when he was shot. The gunman was caught after an exchange of fire with a security guard nearby and later named as Egyptian El Sayyid Nosair. Two witnesses and John Myers, passer-by describe the shooting; Barry Slotnick, friend, says the Rabbi knew he was a target.
