Kevin Murphy interviews Home Secretary, Douglas Hurd about the Government’s proposed Prevention of Terrorism bill would allow suspects to be held for up to seven days. The proposals are a possible infringement of human rights and differ from the four days which the European Court of Human Rights has decreed is acceptable. Audio poor quality (muffled).
