- Interview with builder Jeff Frankum, who sold a pony to a butcher (in Exeter, Devon), which was then taken from Exeter market by 14-year-old Kim Bowen, in order to save its life. Frankum says the pony, named Gipsy, was deformed and prone to lameness, and the butcher, Leslie Potter, was providing an essential service. Male interviewer not identified.
