John Ramos reports on a new inquiry into London’s health services to learn from the mistakes of the past few years and help build up ailing community services. A new commission, focusing on mental health and services for the elderly, not before investigated, has been set up by the King’s Fund whose study 3 years ago set in train the Tomlinson Report and was used as a justification for cutting hospital services.
