Interview with Labour Party leader, Neil Kinnock, who is demanding an explanation from Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher concerning reports that she objected to the Queen visiting the Soviet Union. He wants to know why she told the House of Commons she had not expressed a view when her press secretary Bernard Ingham is supposed to have told journalists such a state visit was undesirable.
