- Police forces across the South East of England have agreed to set up a joint task force to prevent any future acid house parties. They’ve been meeting at Kent Police Headquarters in Maidstone to hammer out a joint strategy. Assistant Chief Constable Brian Reynolds says they’ve decided to declare war on the the so-called Pay Parties. Follows discovery of firearms at a party and concern over drug use.
