House of Commons reply by Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher to former Labour Prime Minister, James Callaghan, following the decision by the Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) to raise oil prices. Arguing reducing petrol tax will increase the demand on oil, and a larger nuclear energy programme is needed. Also on meeting oil import targets.
