Derval Fitzsimons reports on the ordering of a fresh inquest into the deaths of three IRA men (Gervase McKerr, Sean Burns and Eugene Toman) shot dead by the RUC in Lurgan, County Armagh, on 11/11/82. The officers responsible for the killings have now been ordered by the Northern Ireland Court of Appeal to appear in court to give evidence.
