American Secretary of State James Baker testifying to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee says a meeting with Saddam Hussein will not overrule the UN resolution for Iraq to withdraw completely from Kuwait and release all foreign nationals and he will not be discussing the Palestinian question or civil war in Lebanon. 2nd clip continues with Baker saying current efforts have not worked and Hussein has been terrorising Kuwaitis.
