- Freed British hostage, Edward May speaks of his treatment by Iraqi guards in Kuwait and surmises the illiterate and ill-equipped guards were frightened of the hostages, not the other way around. He says the UK Government did not do enough to get the hostages home earlier. He looks forward to walking in the fields of Kent with his family. Andy Stenton reports.
