Judge Gerald McNally has dismissed a case of first degree murder brought against Dr Jack Kevorkian in Michegan, USA. Kevorkian devised a suicide machine with which Janet Atkins, who suffered from Alzheimer’s disease, killed herself. Judge McNally explains his reason for throwing out the case; Kevorkian and Atkins are heard speaking together on a video recording. Nick Peters reports from Washington.
