Margaret Shiels interviews Transport Secretary, Cecil Parkinson, about a proposed new underground railway line to be built in London which will take the Jubilee Line from Green Park to Stratford in East London. The announcement has been welcomed by London Underground as good news for commuters but two other proposed lines running east-west and north-south through London have been shelved for at least a year.
