Description

Dave Loyn reports on the summit between US President Ronald Reagan and General Secretary of the Soviet Union, Mikhail Gorbachev as the second day draws to a close. The Soviet delegation has been unable to avoid Jewish human rights protesters. Includes Soviet press conference alleging that the Americans do not have any wish to stop nuclear testing despite the Soviet Union imposing a self-ban.
