Tim Jones reports on the fire at the Jolly Farmer pub in Hampshire that is now a murder inquiry after the chef, Clifford Howes, was found dead in the basement, and traces of petrol were found. Barman Richard Dean was pulled out with 30 percent burns. Detective Chief Superintendent Alan Wheeler on the size of the explosion and appeals for information.
