Description
Hillingdon Borough councillor Terry Dicks defends the actions of the council after it sent an immigrant family to the Foreign Office in a taxi. Dicks says the family should have arranged housing before flying to Britain from Nairobi, and he was suspicious of their claim that they had no money. Dicks also suggests that the High Commission in Nairobi had misled people. Female interviewer not identified.
