Clive Williams of Swansea Driving Licence Centre (DVLA?), on possible administrative job losses as a result of plans to abolish road tax. Williams is worried about the jobs in the 84 regional offices across the country and feels that staff (or unions?) should have been consulted. He says more staff are needed to combat tax evasion, not a change in taxation policy. Male interviewer not identified.
