Report on the presentation of the Golden Joker of the Year award to Hercules the bear, by the Cartoonists’ Club of Great Britain (CCGB). Police were reluctant to allow the grizzly star to leave his coach (and claimed he did not have the correct licence) but later relented and Hercules accepted with friend Andy Robin at the bar of the Cartoonist pub in Shoe Lane, London. Speaking are: Charles Potter, pub landlord; Ian Scott, Chairman of CCGB; Andy Robin. Female reporter not identified.
