- Tim Crook reports on the case of 13 men convicted by Judge Richard Lowry of smuggling cannabis from north Africa to Cornwall. Includes an interview with the head of Scotland Yard’s drug squad who led Operation Cyril, Detective Chief Superintendent Wally Boreham, and Customs assistant chief investigator Donald Holman. The smuggling ringleader, bookmaker Robert Mills, was given a ten-year sentence, while the other men received lesser sentences.
