- Frank Chapple, leader of the Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunications and Plumbing Union (EEPTU) gives a brief interview before the commencement of a phone-in. He takes issue with the radio station’s caller selection procedure, refuses to answer a question by Billy Williams of Cardiff EEPTU, and threatens to walk out if any more calls are rigged (as he would have it). Following an exchange with the programme’s presenter, he does walk out.
