- Paul Rowley reports on Home Secretary, Douglas Hurd telling MPs about the planned ID cards for football fans and all-seating stadium changes in the aftermath of the Hillsborough Stadium disaster. Roy Hattersley, Shadow Home Secretary, talks about how the Government should reconsider the ID card bill while the Hillsborough inquiry is going on. Former Sports Minister, Neil Macfarlane also talks about how the scheme should be postponed. Sheffield MP, Patrick Duffy says the Police should not be blamed before the inquiry. Conservative MP, David Emmins asks if there are any plans to remove the control of football from the FA. Liverpool Labour MP, Terry Fields calls for resignations.
